Chris Kenneally
Group CEO

Chris is a dynamic and entrepreneurial executive director, with a first class record of achievement spanning more than twenty five years. He is an inspiring leader who energises his people by providing clear strategies and direction. Chris has transformed organisations by engaging the stakeholders to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to greatly improved profitability during periods of growth and change. Chris has been instrumental in gaining significant new business, and has built high calibre teams who share his passion and energy for embedding high performance culture to deliver successful results. Chris is a Chartered Director, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Freeman of the City of London, a member of Vistage, the BIFM and CIBSE and holds an MBA.

Jamie Reynolds
Managing Director of Cordant Managed Services

Commercially aware and passionate about the industry, Jamie is a professional leader with vibrant knowledge and experience of developing business and sales strategies, leading winning teams and ultimately growing businesses. Jamie has over 23 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry, having developed a career from management trainee to become CEO of a leading FM company. He brings enthusiasm and drive to the group and works alongside the team in expanding the business and moving it forward. Jamie has a degree in Management Studies and a HNC in Engineering studies, and lives by his mantra; to win at everything by being the very best!

Guy Pakenham
Managing Director Cordant Cleaning and Cordant Thistle

Guy is extremely passionate and has his roots firmly within the cleaning industry in which he has worked for 22 years. As founder Director of Interclean Bus Services Ltd, he successfully grew the company before being acquired by Cordant Group in 2007. Guy is without doubt a people person and is known for his energy and enthusiasm and remains committed to developing the business and ensuring a customer focused service. Guy is a member of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners.

Ian Woods
Managing Director Cordant Projects

Ian has over 20 years experience of design, installation and commissioning of all types of HVAC systems within the UK market, delivering projects from £50k contract value to in excess of £2m.  His particular strengths are the ability to deliver projects utilising a self delivery model, incorporating all trades within the Building Services Industry.  Ian contributes business value by executing a strategic, long-term vision while leading the team to achieve measurable business growth.

Brendan Musgrove

Brendan has a wealth of operational and sales experience from within the services sector, with the last seven years focused on providing compliance and technically demanding services, often requiring the creation of bespoke solutions to complex issues. Combining his specialist knowledge and managerial skills, Brendan is focused on maximising customer satisfaction and developing the strategy of the business to grow and prosper. He holds a Masters of Business Administration.

Mark Elton
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Director

Mark is an experienced Health and Safety professional, with years of experience in Facilities Management, both hard and soft services, M & E, Cleaning, Security and Construction. He has held a number of senior operational roles providing leadership and support to businesses in quality, health and safety, compliance and the environment. Mark is a key influencer and motivator as the lead compliance within the organisation, responsible for the implementation of all quality, safety and environmental policies and is at the helm of all quality accreditations. Mark’s qualifications include CMIOSH (Chartered Member of the Institute Of Occupational Safety and Health, MBIFM (Member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers), CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and he is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Alan Connor
Group Finance Director

Alan is a respected Finance Professional and an experienced leader with the enthusiasm and vision to support the Group as it continues to grow and develop. Alan has an established career within finance and has worked for the Group for more than 16 years in which time he has supported a number of acquisitions and several business integrations. He leads the Group Finance team, made up of now 90 heads and holds BS (Hons), ACMA and CGMA.

Jaimie has worked in the FM industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of financial, management and sales experience. With major successes and big wins in Local Government, Healthcare, Retail and Transport Jaimie is an asset to the business. Jaimie’s enthusiasm is both inspiring and motivating, and his vast knowledge makes him integral in the development and coaching of the sales team. Jaimie thrives when challenged with driving new contract wins and client acquisitions and is skilled in creating compelling proposals and generating innovative solutions for internal and external partners across many different service lines.

Jonathan Mackie
Group Sales Director

An expert in service transformations and outsourcing, Jonathan brings a wealth of facilities management experience and big multi million pound contract wins. Across his 20 year career Jonathan has instigated rapid improvements in service outcomes, specialising in facilities management, waste collection, street cleaning, social housing repairs and the maintenance of highways, street lighting and grounds. Jonathan describes himself as being calm under pressure with a good sense of humour and ability to engage with all. Driven by an intellectual challenge, Jonathan’s thirst for knowledge is apparent from the long list of qualifications he has gained, including a BSC Hons Degree in Town and Regional Planning, a Post Graduate Certificate in Local Economic Development (with Merit) and a Masters in Business Studies (with Distinction)
