We start by developing an open working partnership with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and existing procedures, before we apply lean management techniques to create a programme of improvements that will be continuously developed over the lifetime of the contract, to bring about more efficient procedures and ultimately save the client’s money. Areas where we look to make improvements include the transportation of equipment and materials, the waiting time to clean, equipment defects and the skills of the cleaning operatives. By using Lean Management techniques we can bring about improvements and potential cost savings across our contracts.
