Cordant Security has teams of fully trained and licensed security personnel across the UK to provide support to our core security teams for unplanned absences and additional cover, but also to provide emergency cover in the event of any incidents which may occur at any of our managed sites.
Our robust incident management and reporting system means we respond instantly to any incidents and all stakeholders are kept fully updated at each step of the process.
All incidents are immediately reported to our National Communications Centre, which uses the AIRS system, a bespoke secure online incident response system developed by us. We have pre-defined priority response procedures built into the system in relation to the severity of an incident, and automatic updates are relayed to our clients to ensure we keep them fully updated of our actions.
The AIRS system provides a complete audit trail and status tracker of every incident reported to us and complete visibility to all our clients.
