This is a chance to work for a top tier COMAH, process site and influence business, operations and improvements effectively. This role suits someone with an operational and commercial focus and has a Continuous Improvement outlook. The company have a good existing culture and structure and has been managed very well by the outgoing manager who is retiring this year.
To take up this opportunity you will be an experienced Operations Manager from a process background who wants role where you can make an impact, drive continued improvement and have a high overview level of commercial aspects of the business/site.
Drive improvements, not firefight
Manage site/business P&L and budget
Customer facing activity / customer service
Deliver HSE improvement plans
Manage people and ensure correct culture and values
Interactions with Environmental Agency and HSE legislation bodies
Assess and affect management structure and site organogram
