Acting as amember of the site management team reporting directly to the General Manager and directly to the Head ofCorporate Protection Security. The individual will oversee the day-to-day operations within the ETAS Group and act as interlink to 3rd party tenants.Job Description Support with Co-ordination of FCM Topics within the building and ensuring compliance toservice-based contracts by escalating issues. Assist the site responsible in ensuring serviceability and implementation of access control. Act in accordance with Bosch company guidelines. Operating within company guidelines for FCM/Security / HSESecurity Supporting the site Security Responsible PRS-P in matters relating to Central SecurityGuidelines (CD5200 / CD5210) Supporting the location in compliance of HSE Maintain audit control of all aspects relating to FCM/GB & HSE to include Key control. Act as company liaison to Bosch for external services & tenant. Oversee issues of Key holding / patrols / lock up and unlock strategy. Install a general culture of Crime & Accident Prevention through initiatives and inductions. Assist GM with implementation of Crisis Management Policy. Assist Corporate Security with audit submission and detailed analysis reports (SST) to includeIncident Management Reporting (CMF)Core Skills Required Holds a current SIA licence Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role Experience of corporate security & HSE. Computer Literate (Microsoft / Excel) IOSH / Safety First Aid at Work qualified (3 Year & AED) Knowledge of CCTV legislation and Building Alarms. Able to conduct minimal travel for training courses as and when. Able to report at Senior Level. Experience of Risk Assessments.Desirable Skills Required Willingness to undertake training when required Excellent communication skills Sense of empowerment Auditing experience Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations Awareness of Fire Prevention RRFA 2006 Understanding of COSHH Understanding of RIDDOR Awareness of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971Benefits Company mobile phone and laptop provided.Uniform Provided
