Cordant Projects Continues work with Bistrot Pierre

Cordant Projects, part of Cordant Services, are recently playing a key role in the construction of Bistrot Pierre’s new Middlesbrough restaurant. Founded in 1994 Bistrot Pierre is a rapidly expanding, popular Anglo-french restaurant chain in the UK.

Cordant Projects are currently installing a range of essential mechanical, electrical and fitting out services into the creation and decoration of their 21st Bistrot opening in Middlesbrough. The Bistrot will adjoin a brand new Holiday Inn once it’s open.

As well as installing the heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and sanitary systems across the whole premises, our in-house team of specialists have extended their contract to also include a full fit-out of both the front and back of house. 8 weeks into a 16 week project, the team are on track for completion in September 2017.

This marks Cordant Projects’ first step into a full fit-out solution where we supply all technical services to Bistrot Pierre.

Ian Woods, Managing Director of Cordant Projects, said: “Our partnership with Pierre Bistrot has gone from strength to strength. We are delighted to be selected as sole supplier of fit-out services for their new Middlesbrough restaurant and look forward to a continued successful partnership in the near future. This step forward further establishes Cordant Projects as a leading supplier of construction solutions in the leisure industry.”

The company is enjoying it’s long lasting relationship with ‘Le Pierre Bistrot’, having provided mechanical and electrical services to some of their previously established branches in Swansea, Altrincham, Mere Green and Kidderminster.
